What is a member?

A person with an account admitted to your space. Profiles of ancestors or relatives without accounts do not use a member place.

How are photos counted?

A shared photo counts once, even when it appears on several profiles. Profile portraits and generated display sizes do not use extra photo places.

What happens at 10 members or 50 photos?

Your content remains accessible. Further additions of that type are blocked at the limit, with no automatic charge. Contact us to prepare the move to Family.

Will my family appear on Google?

Family profiles, photos and searches require a verified account and family admission. These pages are excluded from indexing; the public website is separate.

Can I use my own domain?

This is planned as a future option. It is not part of the current launch.
